We are hiring for MW Crew Leader at our Winchester location. This is more than just a job—it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be involved in equipment installation, mechanical assembly, and millwright-style work. You’ll guide a crew, solve problems, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install grain handling systems (concrete, millwrighting, equipment work). Training will be provided.
- Follow direction from the Project Manager
- Travel to job sites across Eastern Ontario (occasional overnight stays as needed with travel and meal expenses paid)
- Work safely at heights of 50 Meters (fall protection training provided)
- Use tools and machinery (forklifts, telehandlers, welders—training available)
- Maintain a safe, respectful job site and support your crew
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Operate and oversee the use of tools and machinery, including forklifts, telehandlers, welders, and other specialized equipment (training available)
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
