We are seeking Relief Mobile Security Officers to join our security team, providing rapid response and proactive patrolling across multiple client sites. This role requires a high level of vigilance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage security concerns efficiently. You will be responsible for locking and unlocking premises, responding to alarms, and conducting site patrols as required.

Main Duties:
- Conduct regular mobile patrols to ensure security across client sites
- Respond quickly to alarms and security concerns raised by the Network Operations Centre (NOC)
- Lock and unlock client premises as required
- Operate a company vehicle safely while traveling between sites
- Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences
- De-escalate conflicts and disputes calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while engaging with clients, staff, and visitors
Must Haves:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a mobile security role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure
- Positive attitude towards people and challenges
- Ability to work independently and respond flexibly to different locations
