We are seeking a high-calibre Reception Officer to act as the first point of contact for a professional, client-facing site. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm, welcoming, and efficient at all times. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring site procedures and security protocols are followed.
Position: Reception Officer
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days only)
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Location: London EC4A 2BJ
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and tenants, delivering a professional and welcoming reception service
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures, access passes, and meeting room directions in line with site protocols
- Answer and direct calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, building management, and tenants
- Ensure reception and front-of-house areas are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times
- Monitor access control systems and elevate any concerns in line with procedures
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and records
- Respond calmly and professionally to any incidents or enquiries
- Support Health & Safety compliance within the reception area
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the company
