Ward Security are seeking a vigilant and professional Mobile Security Officer to join our team covering the Kent area. This role is dynamic, offering varied tasks, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be taking ownership of locking and unlocking our client's premises, being reactive when our National Operation Centre raise concerns about an alarm and attending sites to carry out patrols.
Position: Mobile Security Officer
Pay rate: £13.00ph
Shift Pattern: Nights 18:00 - 06:00 and Weekends 06:00 - 18:00
Location: Van based at HQ, Chatham. Patrols within the Kent area

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities in a timely manner
- Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences
- Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed
- Operate company vehicle in order to travel between sites
- Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary
Must Have:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Door Supervisor SIA licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
