We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Controller to support site operations through effective coordination, monitoring, and communication. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a central point of control for incidents, access, and operational activities. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

Position: Controller

Shift Pattern: 07:00 – 19:00 4 on 4 off (Days)

Location: London EC4A 2BJ

Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the central point of control for site operations, communications, and incident reporting
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and radio communications where applicable
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, or operational issues in line with site procedures
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents
  • Communicate effectively with on-site teams, management, tenants, and external services as required
  • Support access control processes and authorisations in line with site policies
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, security concerns, or operational issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and Health & Safety requirements
  • Support audits and investigations by providing accurate records and information
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested by the company
