We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Loading Bay Officer with a background in security and logistics. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, customer-friendly presence.
Position: Loading Bay Officer
Shift Pattern: 6 on 3 off (Days and nights)
Location: London EC2Y 9AQ
Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour.

Duties:
- Maintain security and access control to the loading bay area
- Act as a point of contact and information centre to tenants, responding promptly and professionally to any raised concerns, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Ensure deliveries are received in a timely manner and that the relevant documentation is kept updated
- Identify any potential issues and communicate effectively to prevent misunderstandings.
- Conduct regular H&S audits and elevate any concerns to the Site Manager
- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly and take appropriate action
- Ensure the loading bay users keep the loading bays tidy and restrict themselves to their working areas and keep their bins and cages in their allocated areas.
- Any other duties that the company may request from time to time that have not been included in the above.
