We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Security Officer to join our team and provide a visible, reassuring presence while delivering outstanding service to staff, visitors, and clients. About the Role

As a Front of House Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while ensuring the highest standards of customer care. You’ll combine strong security awareness with excellent communication skills to manage access control, monitor site activity, respond to incidents, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the client’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorised activity
  • Control access to the premises by checking identification and verifying authorisation
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and respond appropriately to incidents or alerts
  • Welcome, assist, and escort visitors when required
  • Record and report incidents relating to security, health & safety, and site operations
  • Carry out routine search procedures professionally and sensitively
  • Respond effectively to incidents and elevate where necessary
  • Provide locking and unlocking services for designated areas
  • Act as a key point of contact for staff and visitors
  • Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and key management systems
  • Identify and report suspicious behaviour or security concerns
  • Support site safety procedures including First Aid responsibilities where required
