Role Overview
As a Contract Support Officer, you will manage access control, greet visitors, contractors, and staff, and be vigilant for suspicious activity. Your responsibilities include ID checks, responding to emergencies, and providing information to staff and visitors.
Candidate Requirements
- Customer service experience and excellent personal presentation
- Ability to handle busy sites and perform Front of House duties
- Flexibility to cover sickness, holidays, and last-minute events
Role Details
- Position: Contract Support Officer
- Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
- Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, and Weekends (full flexibility required)
- Location: Sites in South regions
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor license
- UK Driving license and own vehicle (essential)

Main Duties
- Ensure security of property and people
- Cover reception duties as needed
- Prevent unauthorized access and safeguard premises from damage
- Respond to emergencies and assist staff and visitors
- Patrol and monitor security equipment
- Manage access passes, keys, and security systems
- Prepare incident reports and logs
Must Haves
- Valid SIA license
- Valid CCTV license (desired)
- UK Driving license
- Minimum 1 year security experience
- Front of House/Reception experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High personal presentation standards
- IT proficiency and quick thinking
