Role: Duty site Manager

Pay Rate: £15.02 per hour

Shift Pattern: Days, nights and weekends

Location: EC3M, London

Role Requirements:

Must have:

  • Valid Frontline SIA license
  • Proven work experience as a Corporate Security Officer - min 1 year
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • High level of self-presentation
  • Basic IT skills
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges

Main Duties:

  • Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff, visitors, and tenants
  • Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal, are adhered to
  • Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers
  • Conduct foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assets
  • Investigate and take appropriate lawful action as authorised by corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire incidents
  • Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone, and by security radios
