Ward Security is looking for a proactive Multiskilled Operative to join our growing team, supporting the installation, maintenance, and operation of our temporary security solutions across client sites.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the installation, removal, maintenance, and ongoing management of Temporary Video Verification Systems, Mobile CCTV Towers, Bluetooth Lockboxes, and Padlocks. You’ll ensure all systems are operational, compliant, and maintained in line with client requirements and maintenance schedules. Working closely with our National Operations Centre, management teams, and external partners, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a professional, reliable, and customer-focused service while ensuring the smooth operation of our monitoring software and deployed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, remove, and maintain security systems in line with company and client requirements
- Manage your own workload and maintenance schedules, including efficient route planning
- Carry out site surveys to assess system suitability and deployment viability
- Maintain accurate records and complete reports for all site visits in the relevant systems
- Monitor, manage, and account for all related stock and equipment
- Liaise closely with the National Operations Centre and operational management to ensure service excellence
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, following approved safe systems of work
- Adhere to all Ward Security compliance, operating procedures, and policies
- Undertake any additional duties required to support service delivery
- Fully support the Company Environmental Policy by complying with procedures, minimising environmental impact, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping
What We’re Looking For:

- Knowledge of Quality Management systems, British Standards, and Health & Safety
