An excellent opportunity for a recently qualified (ACA / ACCA) to join the highly successful Transaction Services and Corporate Finance team of this growing firm. Working as a part of a small and highly supportive team, you will be responsible for working on a range of Financial Due Diligence and Valuation deals, working closely with the lead Partner and Directors.
The deals focus on high quality Mid Market transactions typically in the £5-100m range and often involving PE backers and/or entrepreneurial business owners. The successful candidate is likely to be a recently qualified ACA / ACCA from a Top 20 Accountancy Practice or leading medium size firm, ideally with a minimum of 1 year Financial Due Diligence experience.
A strong academic and professional record combined with proven analytical skills and commercial awareness is also required. The size and growth of the team ensures early responsibility, a real variety of work, and excellent career progression in a team that is friendly, supportive, and a great place to work!
