We are looking for a professional and dependable Front of House Security Officer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, visitors, and staff while delivering a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.

Your duties will include monitoring and patrolling the premises, managing access control, responding promptly to incidents, and always maintaining a visible and reassuring presence.

The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude. You will play a key role in providing an efficient, courteous, and effective service to our clients and visitors. Security SIA licence essential.

Must have:

  • Valid SIA licence - CCTV desirable
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Experience within a similar position is preferred
  • 5-year checkable work history

Duties:

  • Able to carry out regular patrols.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the building and terraces.
  • Delivers excellent customer service.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Able to de-escalate situations, including incidents involving young people and anti-social behaviour.
  • Provide First Aid assistance when required.
  • Able to interact with stakeholders and tenants.
  • Prepared to respond to any incidents that may occur (full training will be provided on site).
