Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Location: London EC4A 2BJ
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and recorded items in line with company procedures
- Manage courier bookings and liaise with external delivery providers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and tracked items
- Provide a professional and efficient service to tenants, visitors, and colleagues
- Ensure the post room is organised, secure, and maintained to a high standard
- Monitor stock levels of mailing and packaging supplies, reporting replenishment requirements
- Handle confidential and sensitive correspondence with discretion
- Support Health & Safety compliance within the post room
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the company
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience working within a post room, mailroom, logistics, or corporate support environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, reliable, and customer-focused at all times
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications are desirable
