Ward Security is on the lookout for a Front of House Security Officer, who will work at our client’s premises at 50 Finsbury Square. This newly refurbished building will provide c.121,800 sq ft of offices arranged over lower ground, ground and seven upper floors together with a terrace on the 6th floor and a further pavilion and extensive roof terrace on the 8th floor overlooking Finsbury Square.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.
Role: Front of House Officer
Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
Location: EC2A, London

Must have:
- Valid SIA licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Front of House Officer (min 1 year)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- First Aid trained
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- 5-year checkable work history
- IT literate - Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
Main Duties:
- Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors
- Ensure all visitors and other callers to the company are given sufficient information by giving clear, concise information in person and over the phone or email
- Report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Respond to emergencies
- Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
- Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
- Carry out ID checks
- Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
- Work on own initiative
