We are seeking CCTV Advisors to join our National Operations Centre (Control Room) team. You will be at the heart of our operations monitoring CCTV and alarms, dispatching mobile teams, and supporting live incidents across a wide client base. This role is ideal for those with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts on a zero-hours basis.

Pay Rate: £14.11

Shift Pattern: Variable, including days, nights and weekends

Location: Chatham, Kent (HQ)

Main Duties:

  • Monitor multiple CCTV systems and alarms across client premises
  • Respond to alerts and dispatch mobile officers as needed
  • Maintain accurate logs and incident records using control room software
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams professionally
  • Follow strict data protection and escalation protocols
  • Deliver clear and detailed handovers between shifts

Must Haves:

  • Valid SIA CCTV Licence
  • Experience in a control room or security coordination role
  • Strong verbal communication and written reporting skills
  • Ability to remain calm, alert, and responsive during critical incidents
  • Tech-savvy with basic IT knowledge (incident logging, CCTV software, emails)
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to cover shifts at short notice
  • A team player with the confidence to make independent decisions
