We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Duty Security Manager to manage a prominent facility in London, EC2R.
In this role, you will hold a vital position in enforcing security and guaranteeing the well-being and protection of our clients’ staff, tenants and guests. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are all key for this position. You will possess a robust background in the security sector, demonstrate proficiency in IT systems, excel in multitasking, and maintain a professional and polished demeanour alongside excellent personal presentation.
Position: Duty Security Manager
Pay rate: ÂŁ18.86 per hour
Closest Tube Station: Bank
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (5 days per week/ no weekends or evenings), Hours per week 50.

Main Duties:
- Engaging amicably with tenants and visitors, facilitating seamless liaisons, and addressing their needs adeptly
- Ensuring unwavering property protection through meticulous surveillance and reporting
- Management of all security staff on-site and carry out all related administrative tasks including appraisal/personal review, coaching, performance management, recruitment, training, and development
- Complete ownership for the site assignment instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ensure the site is staffed at all times, by an organized, consistent, and effective rota, adhering to working time regulations to cover both planned and unplanned absences, rostering and record keeping
- Work closely with the Client and Security team to drive the business
- Skillful management of CCTV Systems
- Supervising Security Operations
- Undertaking front-of-house duties to foster a hospitable and secure environment
- Acting as a robust security deterrent, primed to manage any emergencies adeptly
- Swift identification and resolution of issues in congruence with high-standard operating procedures
- Diligent maintenance and filing of pertinent documentation
- Crafting comprehensive reports that encapsulate daily security activities with accuracy and foresight
Must have experience and skills:
- Valid Frontline SIA License
- Valid CCTV License
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate managerial security experience
- Experience in training and running a team
- Experience running a site
- A profound comprehension of premium customer service standards within a five-star setting
- Outstanding communication skills fostering seamless interactions
- Expansive knowledge of best-practice security standards and protocols
- An unwavering commitment to maintaining ethical practices and integrity
- IT literate to an advanced level with the ability to work competently in multiple system applications
