We are currently seeking professional and experienced Corporate Security Officers to support prestigious client locations across London. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven background in front-of-house corporate security who can confidently manage sites autonomously while maintaining a polished and client-focused presence.

Role: Corporate Contract Support Security Officer

Location: London

Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour

Shift Pattern: Days, Nights & Weekends (12-hour shifts)

Minimum: 12 hours per week

Licence Required: Valid SIA Licence

About the Role

As a Corporate Contract Support Security Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, contractors, and visitors, ensuring a safe, secure, and professional environment at all times. Being fully flexible with shifts and working within a single-manned environment requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to remain calm and professional when responding to incidents or emergencies. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent situational awareness, strong administrative capability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house security and reception duties professionally
  • Carry out access control, visitor management, and ID checks
  • Act as the main point of contact for all staff, visitors, and contractors
  • Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and daily records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a corporate environment
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems where required
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Escalate issues appropriately to management or emergency services when necessary
  • Work independently and use sound judgement in challenging situations

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience within Corporate Security
  • Previous experience working on single-manned sites
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong report-writing and IT skills
  • Professional appearance and confident demeanour
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong awareness of health & safety and emergency procedures
  • Full 5-year checkable employment history
  • Experience using CCTV, access control, and emergency systems
