Location: Newbury RG14 2LX | Pay: ÂŁ13.00 per hour | Shift: Mon-Thurs, 07:00 – 19:00

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Newbury. Your role will be to lead a team of security personnel, ensuring that our premises, staff, visitors, and assets are always safe and secure. You’ll be the first point of contact for any security-related issues, managing incidents, and maintaining a professional environment. Your leadership will help shape a positive, vigilant, and solution-driven team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience : At least 1 year as a Security Supervisor
- Leadership : You should be confident in managing teams and leading by example
