We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager with proven mobilisation experience to lead and oversee security operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to coordinate and implement security mobilisations efficiently.

Role: Security Manager
Pay Rate: £64,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Location: London, EC4A (Nearest tube: Fleet Street. Nearest train station: Blackfriars)
Role Requirements: CCTV and Security SIA licence
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage security strategies across assigned sites.
- Lead mobilisation projects, ensuring seamless transition and security setup for new sites or projects.
- Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and company standards.
- Liaise with clients and other service partners as required.
- Monitor and report on security operations and incident management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable mobilisation experience, including planning and executing security setups for new sites or projects.
- Strong management and leadership skills, ability to influence, negotiate and engage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant security certifications – SIA license and IOSH are preferred.
- Knowledge of security systems and technology.
