About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and commissioning: CCTV systems, Intruder and Fire Alarms, Access Control systems, Automatic gates, barriers, and doors
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance visits
  • Diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns efficiently
  • Providing on-site and remote technical support
  • Completing electronic job reports, installation records, and documentation
  • Ensuring all work meets British Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and grow client accounts
  • Working collaboratively with the Operations Manager and wider team
