You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the building’s security systems, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, and coordinating the response to any incidents. Key Responsibilities

  • Control Room Operations
    • Surveillance: Conduct proactive CCTV monitoring across the building to ensure the safety of tenants, visitors, and assets.
    • Access Control: Manage the electronic access control systems and temporary badges for contractors or guests.
    • System Integrity: Perform regular equipment checks to ensure all cameras are operational, reporting faults to the management team.
    • Emergency Coordination: Deal with fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, coordinating with on‑site supervisors, building management, and emergency services.
