Position: Duty Security Manager
Pay Rate: £18.86 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (5 days per week, no weekends or evenings), 50 hours per week.

Main Duties:
- Engage amicably with tenants and visitors, facilitating seamless liaisons, and addressing their needs adeptly.
- Ensure unwavering property protection through meticulous surveillance and reporting.
- Manage all security staff on-site and carry out all related administrative tasks including appraisal, personal review, coaching, performance management, recruitment, training, and development.
- Own the site assignment instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the site is staffed at all times by an organized, consistent, and effective rota, adhering to working time regulations to cover both planned and unplanned absences, including record keeping and continuation of all access control card operations when Security administration is absent.
- Work closely with the Client and Security team to drive the business.
- Skillfully manage CCTV Systems.
- Supervise Security Operations.
- Undertake front‑of‑house duties to foster a hospitable and secure environment.
- Act as a robust security deterrent, primed to manage any emergencies adeptly.
- Swiftly identify and resolve issues in conjunction with high‑standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and file pertinent documentation diligently.
- Craft comprehensive reports that encapsulate daily security activities with accuracy and foresight.
Must have experience and skills:
- Valid CCTV License.
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate managerial security experience.
- Experience in training and running a team.
- Experience running a site.
- A profound comprehension of premium customer service standards within a five‑star setting.
- Outstanding communication skills fostering seamless interactions.
- Expansive knowledge of best‑practice security standards and protocols.
- An unwavering commitment to maintaining ethical practices and integrity.
- Advanced IT literacy with the ability to work competently in multiple system applications.
