We are looking for a professional and dependable Front of House Security Officer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, visitors, and staff while delivering a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience.

Location: SW1W 0SR (Closest Tube Station: Victoria)

Pay rate: £14.49 per hour

Shift Pattern: 7 on – 3 off – 7 on – 4 off (Days and nights rota, 12‑hour shifts, average weekly hours = 56)

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular patrols.
  • Quickly adapt to new situations as a learner.
  • Stand for long periods comfortably.
  • Open and close the building and terraces.
  • Work effectively under pressure.
  • De‑escalate situations, including incidents involving young people and anti‑social behaviour.
  • Provide first‑aid assistance when required.
  • Interact with stakeholders and tenants.
  • Respond to incidents promptly (full training will be provided on site).

Qualifications

  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in a similar position.
  • Five‑year checkable work history.
  • SIA licence essential.
