Are you a professional and customer-focused Front of House Security Officer looking for a part-time role?

Ward are seeking a dedicated individual to join our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and premises.

Position: FOH Security Officer

Shift Pattern: Monday and Wednesday Nights only 18:00 to 08:00

Location: London SE1 0NZ

Role Requirements: Valid SIA licence

Must have:

  • Valid SIA licence
  • Previous experience in corporate security or relevant position min 1 year
  • 5-year checkable work history
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Surveillance skills and detail orientation
  • IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Duties:

  • Report any issues to the Supervisor or Duty Manager
  • Patrol and monitor the company\’s premises, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections, identifying and reporting any potential risks or hazards.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Monitor and control access to the company\’s facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted entry.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, addressing their security concerns and needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and activities, as required.
