We are looking for a professional and dependable Front of House Security Officer to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, visitors, and staff while delivering a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience.

Pay rate: £14.80 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00

Location: London EC3V 0BG

Responsibilities

  • Able to carry out regular patrols.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the building and terraces.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Able to de‑escalate situations, including incidents involving young people and anti‑social behaviour.
  • Provide First Aid assistance when required.
  • Able to interact with stakeholders and tenants.
  • Prepared to respond to any incidents that may occur (full training will be provided on site).

Qualifications

  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience within a similar position is preferred.
  • 5‑year checkable work history.
  • Security SIA licence essential.
  • Confident, well‑presented, and customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude.
