Thanks to our dedicated in-house Driver Trainer, we offer full hands-on training for drivers with relevant experience who are eager to learn. If you’ve got the right licence and a positive attitude, we’ll help you develop the rest.
You’ll be part of a team of over 100 professional drivers helping us lead the way in environmental sustainability. We’re proud to be a FORS Gold accredited operator and invest heavily in training, safety, and driver development.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in our transport operation – collecting and delivering loads to and from customer sites, quarries and recycling facilities. Our tippers support key waste, aggregate and metal movements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Class 2 tipper vehicles (training provided if needed)
- Following routing and delivery instructions provided by our planners
- Communicating professionally with site personnel and customers
- Conducting daily walkaround checks and defect reporting
- Adhering to all Safe Operating Procedures and road traffic regulations
- Ensuring loads are secured and transported safely and legally
What You’ll Need
- A valid LGV Cat C (Class 2) licence
- CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
- Experience in tipper or construction vehicle driving is preferred – but if you have Class 2 experience, we’ll train you
- A professional, safety-conscious approach and a strong work ethic
