WARD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Donald Ward House, Ilkeston. The role involves supporting daily activities across the customer service function. In this fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming inquiries.
- Handle complaints thoroughly, seeking resolution or escalation as needed.
- Receive and book orders via telephone and email, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Build relationships with customers and explore additional opportunities.
- Foster strong internal relationships.
- Support the Customer Service Team.
- Maintain records, including spreadsheets, filing, and scanning.
