Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South London & Surrey.
Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for a Plasterer / Multi Trader to join our team.
SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects Surrey / South London locations (not central London – we cover approx 10 mile radius from Sutton Greater London – SM1)
Requirements
Fully experienced fit and healthy plasterer wanted. We are looking for someone to join our property maintenance company working in Sutton and the surrounding areas (not into Central London) to carry out the following work
Skills & Experience
Plasterboarding
Bonding
Skimming
Rendering
Basic Coving
Damp Proofing experience
BasicCarpentry work essential (fitting skirting boards and architraves)
BasicPlumbing preferred (removing and refitting radiators etc)
Decorating preferred
General Maintenance work
Requirements
Own VAN essential (NOT CAR)
Must be able to send photos and emails from own smartphone
Ability to work on own initiative
Friendly & Flexible attitude
CIS Registration
References
£180 / £220 per day LESS CIS Tax paid weekly (Friday)
