Painter and Decorator in Wallington

Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South West London & Surrey.

Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorators to join our team.

SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects Surrey / South London locations (We cover approx 10 mile radius from Sutton Greater London – SM1)

REQUIREMENTS

• Own VAN (NOT Car) & Tools
• 10 Years + Painting & Decorating Experience
• MUST HAVE: Lining / Wallpaper Hanging experience
• Patch plastering experience preferred
• Handyman experience preferred (removing and refitting curtain poles etc)
• Able to send photos and daily updates by email from own smartphone
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Must live locally to Sutton / Reigate
• Friendly & Flexible attitude
• UTR number / CIS
• References

£150 – £190 per day (dependent on experience) subject to CIS deduction
