This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 2 days at 23:59 BST. If so, we have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our growing Public Funding team in Newcastle.
What will I be doing:
- Drafting advice to clients, including reviewing information, drafting Subsidy Control advice letters and developing Grant Funding Agreements.
- Helping to promote the work of the Public Funding team through business development activities, including writing articles and helping with presentations.
- Developing an understanding of the areas of law associated with public funding.
You’ll have:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good all‑round IT skills.
- The ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to adapt your style, be proactive, and effectively solve problems.
- Previous experience working upon Public Sector matters and/or commercial contracts would be advantageous but not essential.
