This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 2 days at 23:59 BST. Are you genuinely enthusiastic about developing your legal skills to the highest standard and are you excited about making a meaningful contribution to some of the UK's leading regeneration projects? If so, we have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our growing Public Funding team in Newcastle.

What will I be doing:

  • Drafting advice to clients, including reviewing information, drafting Subsidy Control advice letters and developing Grant Funding Agreements.
  • Helping to promote the work of the Public Funding team through business development activities, including writing articles and helping with presentations.
  • Developing an understanding of the areas of law associated with public funding.

You’ll have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good all‑round IT skills.
  • The ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to adapt your style, be proactive, and effectively solve problems.
  • Previous experience working upon Public Sector matters and/or commercial contracts would be advantageous but not essential.
