Paralegal (Insolvency & Restructuring) in Manchester

The Vacancy

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to support fee earners working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, including advising Insolvency Practitioners, Directors, Lenders, Creditors and Shareholders.

What will I be doing

• Providing assistance with file and case handling.
• Helping to run and progress a range of insolvency cases from initial instructions to conclusion.
• Providing general administrative and legal support to fee earners across the team from multiple office locations.

You'll have

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good all-round IT skills.
• The ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• The ability to adapt your style, be proactive, and effectively solve problems.
• Previous legal work experience within Insolvency and Restructuring would be advantageous but not essential.
