Your role will be to support the delivery of a professional and efficient People function in line with our firm's objectives. Supporting our Head of People and People Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for People-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the firm on all People-related activities, including probations, absence, performance, onboarding, etc.
- Support the delivery of the People Business Plan and associated projects, including wellbeing initiatives, performance reviews, recruitment, engagement activities, etc.
- Work closely with a team of People Advisors, Payroll Manager and People Administrator to ensure accurate and timely data is captured within our HRIS and manage the People Team inbox.
- Maintain and support the development of our HRIS by ensuring data is up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliant, ensuring workflows and system processes support efficient people-related activities.
- Support the delivery of People Team induction to new joiners, which takes place on a fortnightly basis.
Qualifications
- Experience working within an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and communicated.
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
