Are you a Risk & Compliance professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, fast paced environment?

We’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst with experience working within the legal sector to join our growing firm.

  • What will I be doing
  • Obtaining and analysing all necessary documentation for KYC/AML/CDD and sanctions.
  • Carrying out CDD and screening for PEPs and sanctions.
  • Keeping records of measures applied to each client matter.
  • Responding to KYC, AML/CDD and sanctions queries.
  • Evaluating new and existing clients to understand the nature of the business, ownership structure and associated risks.
  • Obtaining and analysing information on beneficial ownership.
  • Carrying out enhanced due diligence checks and escalating complex/high‑risk KYC issues.
  • Investigating negative media/news findings.
  • Advising our fee earners on AML and sanctions policy requirements.
  • Assisting with training new employees on our firm’s processes and procedures.
  • You’ll have
  • Previous experience in KYC/AML/CDD and sanctions and you’ll be keen to further your career in compliance.
  • Compliance experience gained within a law firm.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
