Ward Hadaway is seeking an experienced Managing Associate to join its expanding housebuilding team within the Housing Department. Based from one of our offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle or Manchester, you will advise on high-value site acquisitions, strategic land assembly, disposals, and complex development projects.

You will lead on residential development transactions, draft and negotiate full suites of development documentation, mentor junior lawyers, and build client relationships.
