Working with our Site Lead, Warehouse and Distribution Teams at our Thetford site and across other sites, you’ll be an important part of our work family. Ensuring our quality products are ready to be delivered to our customers on time and in full, with your eye always on quality.

- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team, ensuring they stay motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company values.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both on-site and off-site, including distribution and manufacturing, to maintain high quality standards and smooth supply chain operations.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and generating ideas to help the team overcome challenges.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, though not essential.
