The Recipe As part of our Bellshill team, you’ll be at the heart of our overnight operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You’ll: Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching. Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks. Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters. Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift. Essential Ingredients Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Comfortable with admin tasks and systems (training provided). A proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility. Strong communication and organisational skills. A team player who thrives on getting the job done right. About Us Bellshill bakery is located between Glasgow and Edinburgh, and proudly supports Scotland as our Scottish Manufacturing site with nearly 300 colleagues working a variety of shift patterns. With two bread plants, we produce a variety of products and are the sole producer of Milk Roll for the UK in total we produce just under a million units weekly. Our distribution teams deliver 1 million products per week to over 1,000 customers daily, covering 35,000 km per week and in 2022 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.
