Working alongside our Distribution and Training Teams, we are offering the chance to gain your Class 2 Licence through our Driver Academy and the opportunity of a Multi‑Drop delivery role, driving in one of the most professional fleets in the country. Our vehicles have state‑of the art telematics, sat nav and tracking systems.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be able to attain a Class C licence and CPC within a 6-12 month period.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a multi-drop distribution role in a FMCG environment e.g. home delivery.
- Knowledge of transport legislation - e.g. Highway Code
- Health and Safety knowledge - understands own responsibilities to work safely and considers the safety of others, identifies Health and Safety risks and reports them appropriately
- Reasonable geographic knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English to enable reading of delivery notes, road signs etc. and customer communication
- Knowledge of food quality and safety regulations - BRC/AIB standards
- Basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical knowledge to be able to relay faults to service provider
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to express views clearly and concisely, develops effective relationships, able to manage confrontation in a calm and professional manner
- Team working - be able to work within a team as well as work unsupervised for long periods
- Can carry out basic vehicle maintenance - bulb change/oil checks and top up/washer fluids top up /fuelling/ fuses

The Recipe
- Be supported by the driver training teams in an intensive 6 week training course, to gain your Class 2 Licence, with no cost to you.
- Ongoing fully funded Driver CPC (Your Driver CPC training is in work hours too, not outside of them)
- You’ll be an early riser—shifts start 04:00 (some patterns may vary). The upside? Never miss the 3pm school run again.
- You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy. You’ll be given delivery notes (or an electronic device), from which you’ll accurately pick the orders, either at the depot or on the move and load your own vehicle with our baked goods
- To help keep your day smooth and safe, knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation will be included
- Once your route for the day is loaded into your onboard computer, you’re off!
- You’ll deliver to multiple customers daily (they’re like family to us), so top‑notch service, strong relationships, and professionalism are a must. This includes being able to manage difficult conversations in a calm manner and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
- You’ll work a defined rotating 4 days on and 2 days off rota, including weekends. That’s 43 hrs a week! All of which will hopefully help you to plan your life around work more easily.

There’s no aimless wandering looking for things. You load your own vehicle, making things that little bit easier to find. You’ll also make sure each delivery is picked accurately and in full from your delivery notes or electronic device.
