The Recipe
As part of our Thetford team, you’ll be at the heart of our overnight operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
- Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
- Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
- Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
- Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift.
Essential Ingredients
- Able to work a 5 over 7 shift pattern working nights 6pm - 4am
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Comfortable with admin tasks and systems (training provided).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A team player who thrives on getting the job done right.
