- Able to work a Rotating 4 on 4 off shift pattern working day and nights -6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
- A good attention to detail witha firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
- Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story.As a Team Member, you\’ll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you\’ll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

Our Site
Our Enfield Bakery and Distribution site is one of the largest bakeries in Europe! We have 5 operating plants and around 500 colleagues who work a variety of shift patterns. At Enfield we have 40 different nationalities working together, and we celebrate our One Team family values. Our site runs 363 days of the year and operates 24/7!
Based in Brimsdown in North London, 15 minutes from M25, 10 minutes’ walk from Brimsdown overground, connected easily to Liverpool Street Station via Tottenham Hale.We produce over 4.8 million crumpets per week, which is equivalent to 800,000 packets of 6 as well as producing a variety of other products. The Home of the Giant Crumpet, did you know there are 350 holes in a standard crumpet?
