You will play an essential role in our tight‑knit work family, ensuring our high‑quality products reach customers efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Championship of health & safety, quality, operating processes and hygiene initiatives.
- Support decisions that keep compliance with Company standards and statutory hygiene regulations.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards across multiple departments.
- Operate and maintain bakery machinery and automated plant equipment.
- Assist with production line and warehouse tasks, contributing to our 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and other site teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
- Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety.
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across the operation.
- Demonstrating teamwork and effective communication in a versatile shift team.
