Function: People Contract: Full-time, 12 Months FTC Hours: 37.5 per week Location: Bolton Salary: Β£28,000 The Recipe Are you a highly organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for learning and development? We\’re looking for an L&D Coordinator Key Accountabilities and Measures Coordinating national learning programmes, including pre-booking courses, managing pre-work, and setting up sessions Administering training records via SAP, sending invites, and tracking completion Supporting 360 feedback and Myers-Briggs assessments, sharing results with L&D Managers Managing the TLC budget, forecasting spend, and handling supplier setup and POs with procurement Designing engaging visual content (e.g., posters via Canva) and improving processes through problem-solving Leading Monday induction sessions and supporting a diverse national team Essential Ingredients Exceptional organisation and attention to detail Confident in analysing and presenting data Strong stakeholder management across all levels Self-managed but not afraid to ask for help when needed Ideal: Background in L&D or project coordination Creative flair and experience with visual design tools Comfortable spinning multiple plates in a dynamic environment Extra Dough At last and by no means least, you will want to know what your breads worth: A slice of the annual profits (discretionary profit share) Family time is important to us and we know it will be to you so you have the opportunity to purchase up to an extra weeks annual leave.
