We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team at Warburtons.

The Role:
This role calls for a dynamic individual who combines strategic insight with hands-on recruitment expertise and a genuine passion for people. As part of our Head Office Recruitment Team, you’ll report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in contributing to our talent strategy. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Own the Full Recruitment Journey: Lead the entire hiring process from initial briefing through to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as a Trusted Talent Advisor: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance and insight to help them attract and select the best talent.
- Promote Our Employer Brand: Bring the Warburtons story to life by supporting employer branding initiatives across job boards, social media, and careers events.
- Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experiences: Ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
- Lead and Support Key Projects: Contribute to exciting initiatives such as Early Careers Programmes, careers site enhancements, and recruitment technology upgrades.
- Stay Informed and Insightful: Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to shape talent strategies.
Essential Ingredients:
Substantial experience of in-house recruitment, with agency or RPO experience.
Evidenced experience of recruiting senior level individuals
Substantial experience of recruiting successfully for Head office roles – IT, Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR.
Able to demonstrate expertise and best practice professional resourcing experience.
Expertise in the design of sourcing, screening and selection techniques and methodologies.
Good understanding of the full recruitment cycle in a large organisation.
Experience of using Recruitment systems, ideally Success Factors.
Level A and Level B trained (essential).
Significant direct source experience including headhunting, LinkedIn, Job Boards, use of Social media and branded vacancy advertising, for both active and passive candidates.
Demonstrable interest in the development and utilisation of social campaigns.
Ability to carry out market and candidate mapping and experience briefing and working with talent mapping providers.
Up to date employment law and compliance knowledge including GDPR.
Experienced man manager – can evidence previous success in motivating direct reports and manging 1:1's and appraisal processes.
Strong stakeholder management at senior levels.
Professional and confident with excellent written and spoken skills and highly professional manner.
Attention to detail and desire to get it right first time.
Can manage own time, prioritise workload and work effectively at pace across multiple requirements.
Can demonstrate working to SLA’s, KPI’s and targets, i.e. cost and time to hire, and quality/calibre metrics.
Energy, resilience, desire to succeed and motivated by ability to produce the right outcomes.
Exceptional judgement and ability to recognise the right level of talent to take the business forward. .
Motivated to develop and take on broader role.
