The Rota Week:
- Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shift times are 1730-0345
- Monday, Tuesday and Saturday shift times are 1800-0345
Willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Experience in a similar role within FMCG.
Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy.
Ability to work safely and consider the safety of others.
Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety.
The Recipe
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
- Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
- Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
- Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
- Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
