Job Title: Site Administrator

Contract: Part Time, Permanent.

Location: Bolton

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 1:30pm

Salary: £14,667.00

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Bolton Site.

Essential Ingredients

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or co-ordinator.
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Strong team working ethic
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider site function
  • Good relationship builder- collaborative in approach, establishing credible, trusted relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels.

  • Prioritising and Organisation – Ability to plan and organise and monitor a diverse workload.

    Are you highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, varied role? As our Site Administrator, you\’ll support the leadership team with key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    You’ll take meeting minutes, manage stock levels, prepare presentation packs, and handle data using Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.

    This role also includes receptionist duties, supporting internal communications, managing confidential information, and coordinating occupational health admin. You’ll work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.

    We have approximately 250 colleagues working across Bolton manufacturing and distribution, and we produce 1.5 million units per week, across 3 automated lines that bake our delicious fresh bread and crumpets every day for delivery to our customers across the UK.
