Are you highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, varied role? As our Site Administrator, you\’ll support the leadership team with key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll take meeting minutes, manage stock levels, prepare presentation packs, and handle data using Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential.
This role also includes receptionist duties, supporting internal communications, managing confidential information, and coordinating occupational health admin. You’ll work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
