Are you an Engineering Team Leader or experienced Engineer looking to start your management career? Due to pending retirement, we are looking to recruit an Engineering Team Leader to join our experienced and dedicated Engineering team in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
The Recipe
As an Engineering Team Leader at our Eastwood bakery, you'll support the delivery of planned and preventative maintenance. This role is a lead position, but you'll be prepared to be hands on and roll your sleeves up. Good leadership skills coupled with technical engineering knowledge is essential for the role.
The Role
You’ll develop and lead a small team of 3 Multi Skilled Engineers to drive the effectiveness of the engineering team in reducing downtime and increasing productivity. You’ll ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly.
