Warburtons is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Area Lead / Production Team Manager for our Gluten Free Bakery site in Newburn.
You will lead a team, oversee daily production activities, and drive safety, quality and on-time delivery across a busy manufacturing operation.
You will coach and develop team members, support fault finding and breakdown resolution, and champion Lean, Six Sigma and CI approaches to improve processes and costs while ensuring customer service excellence.
