Warburtons Bakery in Enfield is one of the largest bakeries in Europe and a vital part of our national network of 12 bakeries across the UK. Requirements:
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
- Fault Finding and Route Cause Analysis skills
- Structured and practical engineering training (e.g. apprenticeship/HNC/degree)
- Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in an FMCG environment
- H&S knowledge e.g., PUWER, IOSH
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Analysing and problem-solving skills

The Role:
You’ll ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety. Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses. Ensure plant and personnel conform to Health and Safety legislation, policy and standards.
