Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
Location: Enfield (North London)
Package: up to £65,000 (depending on experience), profit share scheme, life assurance, private healthcare, and award-winning pension scheme.
Contract: Full time, on-site with travel across the region.
The Recipe
Safety is our number one priority. As part of the site leadership team, you'll partner with the General Manager to strengthen our HSE culture across a complex, 24/7 food manufacturing and high-throughput distribution environment. You'll coach, influence and enable c.460 colleagues at Enfield and support our South-East depots to go home safe, every day, while protecting the environment.
The Role
- Deliver our national HSE strategy locally, turn policy into practice, embed best-in-class standards and keep us compliant with legal and company requirements.
- Be the trusted expert; give timely, pragmatic and legally robust advice to line managers on all things Health, Safety and Environment.
- Coach and upskill; identify site HSE learning needs (bakery & depot), build cost-effective training with our TL&D partners, and raise capability at every level.
