The Recipe

  • To provide support to colleagues to get the best from our technology.
  • Design and build engaging e-learning in Articulate, plus guides, videos, job aids and “Top Tips”.
  • Own the LMS content lifecycle — upload, organise, update and report on usage/impact.
  • Enable our Super User network — recruit, onboard, upskill and connect champions across sites; run workshops and events.
  • Partner with internal SMEs and external providers (e.g. Happy Computers) to deliver training programmes that land change.
  • Support tech rollouts with targeted training and occasional 1:1 coaching.
  • Admin: diary support for the IT Director/SLT, travel/procurement coordination, records and SAP transport admin, IT asset support (laptops/mobiles) and logistics for IT events.

Essential Ingredients

  • Experience creating learning content — Articulate preferred (for the right candidate, we’ll provide formal training).
  • Clear writing and visual communication skills; you make complex things simple.
  • Stakeholder and community coordination skills; confident working with Super Users.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • MS Office to advanced level.
  • Nice to have: SAP Procurement familiarity and understanding of ITIL.
