The post-holder will gain practical and hands-on experience, supported with a structured learning programme for 2-3 years. This role gives you real responsibility early on, contributing to the team’s success while learning the practical application of processes, tools, and techniques.

- Industry Curiosity: Previous experience isn’t essential, but curiosity about FMCG trends and strong relationship-building skills will help you thrive.

- Performance & Detail: Ability to work under pressure, deliver to agreed timescales, and maintain close attention to detail.
Education: Degree-level qualification in one of the following areas: Finance, People, Technology / STEM, Commercial / Marketing / Procurement, Food Science, Engineering.
